This review is 14 months in the making. We're extremely happy and pleased with the support and service we have received over the last almost year and a half from Hero Coffee Works. Bob is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. If you you need your equipment serviced or completely rebuilt, or want to learn more about what the industry has to offer, this is the place.

The folks at hero are true craftspeople. You will not find cheap, quick "good enough" repairs here. They care deeply about good coffee and will take every opportunity to share their love of coffee and mechanics. I highly recommend this company of friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable men and woman.

I have been looking for a local company that can do repairs on our espresso machine for years. I was so please when I found this business. He came and got our machine and when it came back it looked like we just took it off the show room floor. Most definitely will be my first call from now on.

An excellent company that's well run from its office to technicians. Bob is highly skilled and well trained with knowledge about a vast selection of espresso machines. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and that he's dedicated to quality at each step of the service.

All I can say is you will have to go extremely far to find better quality service for espresso machine repair. Bob and his team are exceptional at what they do, and that's to get business up and running again with equipment that does what it's supposed to.
